摘    要:以天然高分子淀粉、铝盐、铁盐为主要原料,制备了无机-有机复合絮凝剂PST。采用正交实验的方法,以模拟印染废水的COD去除率和脱色率为指标,评价PST的絮凝性能。结果表明,PST的最优制备条件为Al3+/淀粉(质量比)=1:1、Fe3+/淀粉(质量比)=0.1:1,pH=1,60℃恒温磁力搅拌器反应4 h。在以上最佳条件下,COD去除率高达87.86%,脱色率为95.40%。

Abstract:With natural polymer starch,aluminum salt,molysite as raw materials,the modified organic-inorganic compound flocculants PST was synthesized.Using COD removal rate and decoloration rate as indexes,flocculent property of PST was evaluated by orthogonal experiment.Results indicated that the best technological conditions of preparing compound flocculants PST was the mass ratio of starch and aluminum 1:1,mass ratio of starch and iron 1:0.1 under the constant temperature of 60 ℃ and reaction solution stirred for 4 h by magnetic force stirrer.Under the conditions,CODCr removal rate was 87.86% and decoloration rate 95.40%.
