好氧反硝化菌的异养硝化性能研究

摘    要:对五株不同菌属的好氧反硝化菌进行了异养硝化性能研究。实验结果表明,五株菌均能以柠檬酸三钠为碳源、硝酸盐为氮源进行好氧反硝化,以柠檬酸三钠为碳源、硫酸铵为氮源进行异养硝化。五株菌在pH为7.0的硝化能力测定培养基中培养五天后,有三株菌(戴尔福特菌Delftia tsuruhatensis,恶臭假单胞菌Pseudomonas putida,蜡状芽孢杆菌Bacilluscereus)的NH4+-N,COD去除率均>50%。培养期间,五株菌的NO2--N累积量较少,有必要从氮平衡的角度来衡量其硝化性能。其中,一株戴尔福特菌能利用有机氮源乙酰胺进行氨化作用,利用无机氮源硫酸铵进行硝化作用。

Abstract:Heterotrophic nitrification characteristics of five aerobic denitrifiers which belong to different genus were studied. All of five strains could denitrify potassium nitrate with citrate as carbon source and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source. After five days’culture in the medium for determination of heterotrophic nitrification,removal efficiency of NH4+-N and COD for strains including Delftia tsuruhatensis,Pseudomonas putida and Bacillus cereus could reach more than 50%. But the cumulate nitrite of five strains was little during the culture. It was necessary to judge nitrification ability by using complete nitrogen balance. One of five strains,Delftia tsuruhatensis,could aminate acetamide when using as organic nitrogen source.
