| 摘 要： | 探讨人文社会因素在生态建设中的角色、地位、作用和特征,分析人文社会因素在生态建设各个阶段、各个侧面的作用规律和时空动态;为系统改善人文环境,消除不良社会因素,减少生态建设的摩擦、阻力和困难指明了方向;为生态建设创造良好环境、氛围、条件,为生态建设提供强大精神动力、智力支持反进行的制度安排和机制设计,提供理论依据。 |

Improving Humanistic Environment and Promoting Eco-construction |

| Abstract: | This paper profoundly studies the character, status, function and feature of humanistic social factors during eco construction, and analyzes acting laws, time and space dynamic state of humanistic factors during every stage and aspect of eco construction, which is helpful to systematically improve humanistic environment, remove unfavorable factors and decrease the frictions and obstructions, meanwhile to prove theoretical foundation for establishing favorable environment, atmosphere and condition, and provide strong spirit motive and intellectual support for acting rules arrangement and mechanical design. |
