Abstract:Effects of the stress from uranium pregnant solution from leaching of a uranium ore on their seed germination,seedlings growth and antioxidant enzymes of rice,soybean,corn and mung bean were studied.Results demonstrated that the higher concentration of the uranium pregnant solution could inhibit the seed germination rate of 4 crops with stronger the inhibiting effect on soybean and corn.All the dilutions of uranium pregnant solution exhibited promotion of certain degree for the growth of root systems in cor...
