富马酸废水降解菌的选育及降解效果

摘    要:针对富马酸废水,从活性污泥中筛选出降解富马酸废水的降解菌,通过分离纯化,优选出四株适应能力强、生长旺盛的菌株,分别为FH-1、FH-2、TFH-1、TFH-2。经初步鉴定分别为隐球酵母属、节细菌属、微球菌属、假单胞菌属。试验测定了单株菌和混合菌对富马酸废水的降解效果,结果表明混合菌的降解效果最为明显,降解率为74.9%。

Abstract:In order to biodegrade fumaric acid-containing organic wastewater,four strains of microorganism with degrading capability were isolated from the active sludge.They were identified as Cryptococcus sp.,Arthobacter sp.,Micrococcus sp.,Pseudomonas sp.The test compared the degradation result of using mixed highly-effective degrading microorganism with the result of using individual ones.The conclusion was that the mixed highly-effective degrading microorganism was more efficient to degrade the type of wastewater.Its degradation rate was 74.9%.
