羧甲基纤维素生产废水特性及处理方法研究

摘    要:文章通过混凝试验、生化试验探讨了羧甲基纤维素生产废水的特性,并采用铁炭微电解进行预处理研究。研究结果表明,该种废水混凝效果较差,COD去除率仅为5%左右。COD超过845mg/L时,呈现生物抑制性,且随COD浓度增高生化处理效果严重下降;盐分对生化处理效果有反面影响。废水经过微电解预处理后COD降低35%左右,且生化性显著提高。

Abstract:Characteristics of CMC production wastewater, which was pretreated by iron carbon microelectrolysis, was studied by coagulation and biochemical experiments. Results showed that removal efficiency of COD was very low, only about 5%, with coagulation treatment. When COD concentration was more than 845mg/L, it would show bioinhibition and biochemical treatment efficiency was decreased seriously with increasing of COD concentration. Salinity would decrease biochemical treatment efficiency. COD concentration decreased about 35% after microelectrolysis pretreatment and biodegradability was improved obviously.
