摘    要:综述了近年来国内外有关水生植物根际微生物在污染水体和湿地修复中的作用研究成果,深入探讨了植物修复的机理。指出水生植物对污染环境的修复主要依赖环境、水生植物和微生物以及三者之间的联合作用,植物和微生物的耦合作用是水生植物应用于水体修复的重要机制。人工湿地对氮的去除主要通过微生物的硝化-反硝化作用途径;根际微生物和植物的联合作用可以改变磷的存在形态,从而加速磷的去除;在有机物和重金属污染环境中,根际微生物通过增强植物对环境的适应性促进污染物的去除。

Abstract:The latest researches on rhizosphere microorganisms of aquatic plants in phytoremediation of polluted water bodies and wetland were reviewed, with discussion of mechanisms of aquatic plants in promoting contaminants removal. Interactions in the rhizosphere microsurroundings of aquatic plants were analyzed, interactions among plant, environment and microbial may be one of main ways to enhance removal rate of contaminants in phytoremediation. In constructed wetlands, nitrogen was removed by nitrification-denitrification of rhizosphere microorganism. The interaction between plant and microorganisms can enhance removal of phosphorus by changing the existing form of phosphorus. Rhizosphere microorganisms can strengthen the adaptability of aquatic plants in organic compounds and heavy metals contaminated water.
