| 摘 要： | 对大洪湖水库网箱养殖区域水体污染进行了研究,结果表明水体已呈中度富营养化状态,网箱内TP、TN、高锰酸盐指数、DO和SD均比非养殖区域有所增加,其中总磷超标严重,已达Ⅴ类水质指标。对养殖区底泥采样分析表明底泥中总溶解氮达381mg/kg,总溶解磷为30.7mg/kg。采用模拟法对底泥中的氮、磷释放规律进行了研究,发现底泥的氮磷释放对水体富营养化贡献较大。
