摘    要:环境污染事故往往由安全生产事故引发,次生环境风险识别成为环境风险识别的重点,也是风险识别实际工作中的难点所在,一度成为环境风险识别的盲区。文章针对化工类企业环境风险特征对次生环境污染进行了系统研究,分析了安全生产事故与环境风险的相互关系,建立了一套次生污染识别方法,并以南京化工园区硝基苯生产装置爆炸和二甲苯储罐泄漏为例,综合考虑直接风险与次生风险的发生概率、当量,确定了风险源等级,鉴别对环境有潜在威胁的风险源,为化工园区的次生环境风险的监控和防范提供了依据。
