重金属Cd在不同水产品中的含量及污染状况评价

2005年5月～10月,对上海市场水产品中的Cd残留进行了调查,分析了Cd残留的分布趋势,并引用水产品卫生质量标准对水产品中的Cd残留进行评价,结果表明,淡水产品中Cd残留量的情况良好,97%的产品低于生物污染评价标准值,而海水产品的Cd污染水平要比淡水产品高。海水产品Cd污染水平较高,主要是由于头足类产品和海水贝类中的扇贝、贻贝Cd含量比较高。在生物体科间Cd含量也存在明显差异,甲壳类动物中蟹对Cd的富集要强于虾;海水贝类中扇贝、贻贝和红螺超标比较严重,而缢蛏和蛤类Cd污染水平相对较低;在淡水贝中Cd含量河蚬要明显高于其他品种;在检测的所有鱼类样品中未发现有对Cd特别富集的品种。

Assessment on Cadmium Pollution of Aquatic Products in Shanghai's Market
