摘    要:城市径流因其短期冲击负荷高,对水体造成冲击性污染日益引起关注。调蓄技术是控制城市径流污染、消减污染负荷的一项关键技术。文章采用连续模拟的方法对昆明市第二污水处理厂调蓄示范工程进行了分析,并对不同污水处理能力下调蓄池最佳容积进行了分析。结果表明:污水处理厂处理能力是决定调蓄池容积和调蓄效率的关键参数,昆明市第二污水处理厂经改扩建处理能力提升至旱季日流量的1.5倍(15×104m3/d),建设51m3/hm2imp(总调蓄容积4×104m3)的调蓄示范工程时,调蓄径流效率为49.6%,年均调蓄径流量为290.5mm,年均溢流次数为38次。在进行合流污水调蓄控制时,综合考虑建设成本和环境效益,污水处理厂处理能力为旱季流量1.5倍、2倍、3倍和4倍时,合理的单位固化面积调蓄池池容分别为:95、25、40和25~50m3/hm2imp。

Abstract:High pollution load in short time and the short effect on the water accepting body of the urban runoff is increasingly arouse the attention. The storage technology is a key technology to control the urban runoff and cut pollution load. The demonstrating project about storage technology of Kunming Second Wastewater Treatment Plant ( WWTP) and the reasonable volume of the storage tank in different WWTP capacity based on continuous simulation were analyzed. Results showed that the WWTP capacity was a key parameter to determine the volume and efficiency of the storage tank. When the capacity of the WWTP was upgraded to the 1.5 times ( 15×104m3/d) dry weather flow and volume of the storage tank was 51m3/hm2imp ( 4×104m3) , the average annual runoff capture efficiency, volume and average annual spill number was 49.6%, 290.5mm and 38 respectively. At the condition of the capacity of WWTP 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 times to dry weather flow, the reasonable storage tank volume was 95, 25, 40 and 25-50m3/hm2imp.
