摘    要:基于世博园区主要污染源的排污统计分析,运用ADMS-Urban模型对世博园区SO2浓度变化规律进行数值模拟计算,从风向、风速、云盖度及降雨等方面分析对SO2浓度扩散的影响程度,以及分析SO2污染世博规划区空气质量最严重的不利因素。结果发现,对世博规划区SO2浓度贡献最大的为杨树浦发电厂;云量对污染物浓度扩散有一定的抑制作用,云盖度越高,污染物浓度水平越高;降雨对污染物浓度有削减作用,降水量越大,污染物浓度水平越低。结果表明,降雨对污染物浓度的削减作用远大于云量的抑制作用,SO2污染世博规划区空气质量最严重的不利因素为36.8°或190.8°的风向,这两种风向下世博规划区SO2浓度严重超标,相应最低浓度为62μg/m3或108μg/m3,远超过世博规划区空气质量标准值40μg/m3。

Abstract:Based on statistical analysis on discharge of main pollution sources,ADMS-Urban was used to simulate the regularity for change of SO2 concentration in Expo area,including effects of wind direction,wind velocity,clouds coverage and rainfall on the diffusion of SO2 concentration,as well as to find out negative factors affecting air quality in Expo planning area on discharge of SO2 concentration. Results showed that Yangshupu Power Plant gave the most contribution on SO2 concentration to Expo planning area. Cloud coverage can assuage the diffusion of pollutants,while rainfall can wash it away which takes much more effective function than the former on reducing pollutants concentration. Unfavorable factors of SO2 concentration to Expo planning area were wind direction of 36.8o or 190.8o,at which the minimum concentration of SO2 in Expo planning area was 62μg/m3 or 108μg/m3,greatly exceeds the standard of 40μg/m3.
