粤东凤凰山区茶园茶叶重金属含量的调查和污染评价

茶叶中的重金属含量是评价茶叶质量的重要指标,文章采用原子吸收分光光度法对粤东凤凰山区11个茶园83个茶叶样品的铜、铬、铅、锰、镍、锌六种重金属元素含量进行测定,并采用单因子污染指数法和综合污染指数法对茶叶重金属元素污染情况进行评价,结果显示,茶叶重金属元素平均含量MnZnCuCrNiPb,四种重金属元素的单因子污染指数CrZnPbCu,11个茶园中重金属综合污染指数均小于1,茶叶对六种重金属元素的富集系数均小于1,富集系数大小CuMnZnCrNiPb。结论表明:粤东凤凰山区茶园的茶叶质量总体情况较好,但个别重金属元素存在超标现象,应引起相当注意。

Investigation and Evaluation of Heavy Metals in Tea of FengHuang Moutain Tea Gardens in East Guangdong Province

The contents of metal elements in tea is a very important index for evaluating the quality of tea. Heavy metal elements as Cu,Cr,Pb,Mn. Ni and Zn in 83 tea samples of the 11 tea gardens in east Guangdong Province were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.In the same time,the single-factor pollution index and combined pollution index were used for evaluating the influence degree in tea. Result indicated that the contents of heavy metal elements in tea was Mn> Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Pb,the single-factor pollution index was Cr>Zn>Pb>Cu.All the tea gardens combined pollution index were less than 1,as the same to the enrich index of the heavy metals in tea,which enrich index degree was Cu>Mn>Zn>Cr>Ni> Pb.In conclusion,qualities of tea were quite good on the whole,but few kinds of heavy metals was exceed the standard level,which should be pay modre attention.
