电化学方法处理分散金黄HF-3R废水的研究

摘    要:采用钛网作为阳极,钛网为阴极,对分散金黄HF-3R模拟染料废水进行了实验研究,探讨了电解时间、电解质种类及浓度、电流密度以及进水浓度对分散金黄HF-3R脱色效率的影响。结果表明:增加电流密度,提高电解质浓度,延长反应时间有利于分散金黄HF-3R色度的脱除,对于含有110 mg/L的分散金黄HF-3R溶液,电解质NaCl的质量浓度为20.0 g/L,电流密度为2.5 A/dm2,电解时间25 min,溶液的脱色率达到99%,COD去除率为98%。

Abstract:Electrochemical method treatment of disperse golden yellow HF-3R simulated wastewater was studied with Ti anode and Ti cathode.The influences of electrolysis time,species and concentration of electrolyte,current density,initial concentration of dye on the decolorization were tested through experiments.Results show that current density is higher,electrolyte concentration larger,lasting the electrolysis's time benefitial to color removal.The optimum operation conditions are disperse golden yellow HF-3R concentration 110 mg/L,current density 2.5 A/dm2,concentration of NaCl 20 g/L,electrolysis time 25 min,the color and COD removal efficiency is 99% and 98%.
