螯合剂、菌根联合植物修复重金属污染土壤研究进展

摘    要:植物修复作为一种原位绿色修复技术,成为污染土壤修复研究的重点。然而,目前最具推广价值的超积累植物植株矮小、生物量低、生长缓慢、生活周期长及对重金属积累的专一性,大大限制了植物修复技术在重金属污染土壤修复方面的应用。因此利用生长速度快、生物量大的普通植物借助其他的技术辅助的联合植物修复成为了有效可行的替代途径。近年来,国内外对螯合剂和菌根在强化植物修复中的应用进行了大量的研究,文章在综述螯合剂、菌根在强化植物修复研究中的应用的基础上,综述了螯合剂和菌根两者联合在强化植物修复重金属污染土壤中的应用,并对重金属污染土壤修复的未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Phytoremediation is a site remediation strategy,which is the focus of the remediation study of heavy metal contaminated soil.However,the hyperaccumulator plant of the most promotional value is short,low biomass,slow growth,long cycle life and specific accumulation of heavy metals,greatly limiting the application of phytoremediation in heavy metals contaminated soil.Therefore,using general plants with fast growing and large biomass combined with other technologies is an effective and feasible alternative method.In recent years,the application of chelates and mycorrhizal in strengthening phytoremediation get a lot of research.Basing on reviewing the application of the chelate and mycorrhizal in strengthening phytoremediation,this paper reviews the application of chelates combined with mycorrhizal in the enhancement of phytoremediation,and the future research directions of the joint method were previewed.
