高氨氮、高盐度有机颜料废水处理工艺研究

摘    要:为解决高氨氮、高盐度有机颜料废水的治理问题,采用了"混凝 吹脱 中和絮凝 厌氧 接触氧化 生物碳"处理工艺(设计处理能力为50m3/d),经运行检验各项指标均达到国家Ⅱ级排放标准,其中COD、色度、氨氮的去除率分别为96%、95%、98%,经运行证实该工艺性能稳定,运行成本低,易于管理。

Abstract:This paper reported on a combination technique consisting of coagulation, air stripping, neutralization/flocculation, anaerobic and powdered activated carbon, which is used for treatment of dyestuff-making wastewater with high concentrations of salts and NH_(3)-N. Removals of COD_(cr), colority and NH_(3)-N are 96%, 95% and 98% respectively. Cost estimates for the treatment process are made as well.
