模糊综合评价法在城市生态安全评价中的应用

运用压力-状态-响应(PSR)框架模型,筛选评价指标,尝试建立通用的城市生态安全评价指标体系。建立了包括目标层、项目层和指标层的3层26个指标的城市生态安全评价指标体系,选择评价效果较为理想的模糊综合评价法作为本次定量研究的方法。根据以上建立的城市生态安全评价指标体系,利用绵阳市已有的调查数据和有关统计资料,对绵阳市1998～2005年间的生态安全水平进行了纵向评估。结果表明,绵阳市的生态安全水平发展趋势良好,但就所处的生态安全等级来看,该市总的生态安全水平并不乐观。研究中发现,环境压力一直处于一种相对反复起迭的状况,不安全的隶属度仍然占很大的比例;环境状态中临界安全的隶属度逐渐减小,较安全和安全的隶属度在增大;环境响应中较不安全的隶属度占的比例较大。

Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Urban Ecosecurity Assessment

With the purpose of establishing the urban security assessment framework, this paper discusses the appraisal methodology in terms of use of the pressure-state-model (PRS), selection of evaluation indicators and setting-up of goal levels. Taking Mianyang City, Sichuan Province as an example, the author conducted a vertical estimation of ecological security status during the period of 1998-2005, which showed the city's eco-security level as a whole was not optimistic as far as the grade of eco-security was concerned.
