摘    要:以废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为原料合成了聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,研究了其助磨性能及对水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(SPS)对水泥具有较好的助磨性能,显著降低80μm及45μm筛余量,有效改善颗粒分布;SPS可显著改善水泥各龄期强度,掺入0.04%的SPS试样的3 d、28 d抗压强度较空白样分别增加了19%和8%,优于三乙醇胺和三异丙醇胺;其对水泥净浆流动性的影响也更小。

Abstract:Sodium poly(styrenesul fonic acid)was synthesized with waste polystyrene,and the performance as grinding aids of SPS was studied.Influence of SPS on the quality of cements was also investigated.SPS showed good performance as grinding aids of cement,and the fineness of cement was reduced significantly.The distributions of particle size were also optimized.Compressive strength of the sample,which was added 0.04% SPS,increased 19% and 8% respectively at 3 d and 28 d,compared with the reference sample.Influences of SPS on the fluidity of cement were also lower than samples with TEA and TIPA.
