摘    要:实验考察了较高温度(23~26℃)和较低温度(12~15℃)对MBBR和A/O工艺去除有机物及脱氮效果的影响,以探索低温时实现高效脱氮的工艺及运行控制条件。结果表明:温度对MBBR影响较小:23~26℃时,MBBR对COD、NH3-N、TN去除率分别为95%、97%和96%;12~15℃时,其去除率分别为95%、95%和92%。温度对A/O工艺影响较大:23~26℃时,A/O工艺对COD、NH3-N、TN去除率分别为92%、85%和85%;12~15℃时,其去除率分别下降到88%、67%和63%。MBBR因其独特的生物结构而保存了较多的耐寒微生物和硝化反硝化菌,从而使其对温度的适应性明显好于A/O工艺。实验对我国北方较寒冷地区的水处理具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:To explore high efficiency denitrification process and its operation conditions,effect of two kinds of temperature conditions including 23~26 ℃ and 12~15 ℃ on removal of COD and nitrogen were studied between MBBR and A/O process.Results showed that temperature had little effect on MBBR,with removal rate of COD,NH3-N and TN as 95%,97% and 96% respectively at temperature of 23~26 ℃,and removal rate of COD,NH3-N and TN as 95%,95% and 92% respectively at temperature of 12~15 ℃.However temperature had more effect on A/O process,with removal rate of COD,NH3-N and TN as 92%,85% and 85% respectively at temperature of 23~26 ℃,and decreased to 88%,67% and 63% respectively at temperature of 12~15 ℃.MBBR has preserved many cold resistant microorganism and nitrobacteria denitrobacteria for its unique structure,so it has obviously better adaptability to temperature than A/O process.The experiment is expected to provide some advice to treat wastewater for western part of China with low temperatures.
