摘    要:介绍了屠宰废水和大豆蛋白废水的性质特征、处理工艺和运行效果。利用UASB池,研究了油对厌氧污泥的影响及其去除。运行表明:混和处理,油的比例比屠宰废水小70%~85%,利于降低油脂、蛋白质的影响,均衡厌氧池基质类型,促进了颗粒污泥培养,保证UASB池稳定运行;尽快从间歇进水变为连续运行,利于基质和污泥的混和,防止油和脂肪酸的积累,避免污泥流失;颗粒污泥与絮状污泥相比,絮状污泥的流失率相当于颗粒污泥的4.5~7.0倍,油脂更容易造成絮状污泥流失。

Abstract:This paper relates to an in situ trial operation and start-up debugging for a wastewater treatment installation in a slaughterhouse,analyzing the effects of oil and grease on the treatment process featuring anaerobic and aerobic biological techniques.Also studied are the practice of mixing a stream of soybean protein wastewater with slaughterhouse wastewater and the influence of anaerobic sludge type,i.e.,granular vs.flocculent sludge.
