黄磷生产企业磷泥烧渣浸出毒性试验研究

摘    要:以某黄磷企业磷泥烧渣为分析研究对象,对采集的黄磷烧渣样品采用《城市生活垃圾有机质的测定灼烧法》(CJ/T96-1999)测定样品的含水率和燃烧挥发分,按照《固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法》(HJ/T299)进行浸出试验,并利用火焰原子吸收光度法分别测定了其浸出液中的铅、镉、铜、锌、铬和镍6种重金属,可见分光光度法测定砷。试验结果表明磷泥烧渣中7种重金属相对标准偏差在1.2%~5.3%之间,加标回收率在78.7%~106.6%之间,磷泥烧渣的浸出液中的危害成分浓度除了Cu离子不超标外,其余六种危害成分均超标,其中Cd离子超标189.7倍。

Abstract:Taking the phosphorus sludge cinder of a yellow phosphorus enterprise as research object, the collected phosphorus sludge cinder's moisture content and combustion volatiles were measured according to "Municipal Domestic Refuse-Determination of Organic Matter-Ignition Method" (CJ/T96-1999), and carried out leaching tests in accordance with "Solid Waste-Leaching Method for Leaching Toxicity"(HJ/T 299) as well. At the same time, the content of lead, cadmium, copper, zinc, chromium and nickel was determined respectively by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and arsenic by visible spectrophotometry. Experimental results showed that the relative standard deviation of the abovementioned seven kinds of heavy metals in phosphorus sludge cinder was among 1.2%~5.3%, and the recovery of standard addition arrived at 78.7%~106.6%.Moreover, as for the concentration of hazardous constituents in the phosphorous sludge cinder leachate, except copper ion, the remaining six kinds of hazardous components all exceeded the relevant standard, in which Cd ion exceeded 189.7 times.
