改性木质素磺酸盐絮凝处理含镍废水的研究

摘    要:文章采用改性木质素磺酸盐絮凝处理含镍电镀废水,此法处理含镍废水效果明显。实验表明:当在室温条件下,单体用量为1.5mol/L,反应时间为48h时,可得到分子量较大、絮凝效果较好的改性木质素磺酸盐。用这种改性木质素磺酸盐处理含镍废水,当其用量为100mg/L,pH值控制在7,接触反应时间为70min,在室温的条件下,可使含镍废水中的Ni2+,COD的去除率分别达到98.0%和80.0%以上。

Abstract:Modified lignosulfonate flocculation was applied to treating nickel-containing electroplate wastewater with quite good efficiency.Results showed that the modified lignosulfonate with bigger molecular and better flocculation which was obtained under the conditions of room temperature,monomer dosage 1.5mol/L and reaction time 48h can be used to treat nickel-containing wastewater,with removal efficiency of Ni2+ and COD in nickel-containing wastewater up to 98.0% and 80.0% respectively in the conditions of dosage of modified lignosulfonate 100mg/L,pH 7,catalysis time 70min and room temperature.
