摘    要:研究了人工神经网络技术在废纸造纸废水处理过程动态建模中应用的可行性,采用误差反向传播网络(BP网)建立了表征原水COD、加药量、进水流量、历史出水COD与预计出水COD之间复杂关系的动态模型和控制器模型,其计算输出值与过程的实际输出值具有较好的一致性。利用MCGS组态软件和所建模型搭建了一个造纸废水处理智能控制系统,对造纸厂现场排放废水进行实验,结果表明该系统对废水在线控制具有可行性。

Abstract:The feasibility of building a dynamic model by artificial neural network for wastewater treatment process in papermaking by waste paper was studied. Error back propagation neural network was used to establish a dynamic model and describe the complex relationship among COD of raw water, dosage of added medicament, flow rate of the influent, historical and predictive COD of the effluent. It showed good consistency between the calculated output and practical output. An intelligent control system for papermaking wastewater treatment based on MCGS configuration software was established and the model to local wastewater practice showed that the system was feasible to online control.
