生物膜填料塔净化低浓度硫化氢恶臭气体研究

摘    要:本文研究用生物膜填料塔净化低浓度硫化氢恶臭气体。实验结果表明:用城市污水处理厂污水驯化培养的脱硫菌对硫化物具有较好的降解性。用该菌液挂膜的生物膜填料塔对低浓度硫化氢恶臭气体具有较好的去除效果,最大生化去除量为190m g/l·h,控制适宜的液体喷淋量和增加气体在塔内的停留时间可提高生物膜填料塔对硫化氢的生化去除量和净化效率,同时,该塔对二氧化硫废气也有较好的净化效率。在光照有氧的条件下,硫化氢在微生物的作用下被氧化为单质硫和硫酸,但以硫酸为主。

Abstract:A research on purifying foul-gas containing H2Sin low concentrations using a biofilm -packing colum n w as done.The experim ental result of show that the desulfurizing-bacteria got from a m unicipal sew age plant have a good capacity for desulfurization.The biofilm -packing colum n inoculated w ith the desul- furizing-bacteria,w hen the concentrations ofH2Sin influent gas w as 2.2m g/L,the purification efficiency of H2Sin gas could reach 95% ,the m axim um biologicalelim ination capacity ofper liter packing w ith biofilm in the biofilter for H2Sw as 190m g/l·h.Liquid flow and residence tim e have an influenton the purification effi- ciency of H2Sand biologicalelim ination capacity of per liter packing.SO2 gas also could be rem oved in the biofilter.The result ofm echanism study show that the H2Sis,at first,oxidized to S,and then to H2SO4,by the desulfurising-bacteria under lightand oxygen condition.
