| 摘 要： | 通过对以杂豆类为原料生产粉丝的生产工艺调查研究 ,提出了集中生产豆类淀粉 ,分散生产豆类粉丝 ,以解决生产企业分散 ,废水不易收集的难题。通过试验研究 :豆类淀粉生产废水的COD约 30 0 0～ 350 0mg/L ,经加压SBR法处理后 ,出水COD <1 0 0mg/L ,达到了国家规定的排放标准。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new activated sludge process pressurized SBR. The pilot-scale experiment is conducted under the condition of pressure 0.2Mpa, influent COD range 3000-3500mg/L,HRT 6-8 hr. It is concluded that COD level of lower than 100 mg/L in effluent can be assured in compliance with the national emission standard. |
