电絮凝-过滤法去除源水中微量有机物

摘    要:利用电絮凝-过滤法进行了源水中有机物去除的实验研究,探讨了电流密度、电解时间和pH值等因素对源水中TOC去除效果的影响。结果表明,在电极间距1.0cm,电流密度47.2 A/m2,初始TOC浓度为12.4mg/L时,反应12min后,出水浓度为3.60mg/L,TOC去除率可达71%。表明电絮凝法可有效去除源水中微量有机物。其去除机理包括电絮凝、电化学氧化和还原以及电气浮等。

Abstract:Based on experiment for removal of organism from source water by electrocoagulation -filtration, the mechanism of electrocoagulation and influencing factors was studied. Results showed that TOC in effluent was 3.60mg/L and removal efficiency 71% when space between electrodes was 1.0cm, current density 47.2A/m2 and initial TOC concentration of 12.4mg/L after reaction of 12min. Organic pollutant in source water was removed effectively by electrocoagulaiton-filtration. The mechanism of electrocoagulation on removal of organism included electrocoagulation, electrochemical redox reaction and eiectrofloatation.
