摘    要:采用溶液培养法,研究不同浓度Cd、Cu单一污染对小麦SOD、POD、CAT活性及MDA含量的影响。结果表明:(1)SOD和CAT活性对Cd胁迫反应较敏感,而POD活性变化不大,叶片中有效的活性氧自由基清除系统的平衡被打破,MDA含量增加;(2)Cu胁迫下,小麦叶片中MDA含量的变化趋势与根部的相反,在Cu处理浓度为25、50mg/L时,叶片中有效的活性氧自由基清除系统的平衡未被打破,MDA含量保持在较低的水平;而根部恰好相反,该系统出现了失衡现象,MDA含量偏高。

Abstract:The effect of various concentrations of single pollution of Cd and Cu on SOD, POD, CAT activity and MDA content in wheat were studied using solution culture. Results indicated that SOD and CAT activity was sensitive to Cd stress while the change of POD activity was little. The active oxygen elimination system was imbalanced in leaves which caused MDA content increased. Under Cu stress, the change of MDA content in leaves was contrary to that in roots. When Cu concentration was 25mg/L and 50mg/L, the active oxygen elimination system in leaves was still balanced and MDA content kept low level. But in roots, the system was imbalanced and MDA content was higher.
