地虫硫磷在土壤中的消解动态研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱氮磷检测器对有机磷农药地虫硫磷在江西红壤和江苏黄棕壤中的消解动态分别进行试验,结果表明,地虫硫磷在土壤中的消解较慢,49d以后在这两种土壤中的消解率不到60%。在江西红壤中的消解速度要慢于在江苏黄棕壤中的消解,其半衰期分别为43.1d和37.5d。

Abstract:A method based on gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus detector was adopted and the degradation status of fonofos in red soil of Jiangxi Province and yellow brown soil of Jiangsu Province was studied. Results showed that fonofos is not easy to be degraded in the soil, with degradation efficiency less than 60% after 49 days. Degradation in red soil is slower than that in yellow brown, with half life of 43.1 and 37.5 days respectively.
