洋河的纤毛虫调查与水质污染的关系

摘    要:对洋河的纤毛虫的种类组成、优势种进行了初步调查,同时对水质进行理化监测,共鉴定出纤毛虫46种。洋河的纤毛虫主要由耐有机污染的种群组成,说明洋河主要受有机污染。并根据Marsson引出的污水生物体系法对水质进行了初步评价,纤毛虫的种类数与水体中TN、TP、BOD5有着密切关系。

Ciliata in Yanghe River and Relation with Water Quality Pollution

Abstract:A preliminary investigation of composition and dominant species of ciliata in Yanghe River was conducted, and totally 46 species were detected by physicochemical monitoring of the water quality. Ciliata in the River was mainly composed by tolerance organic pollution species, which indicated the River was polluted by organic compound. The water quality was assessed through Massons polluted water biological system method, and the composition of ciliata was tightly related with TN. TP and BOD5.
