| 摘 要： | 膜生物反应器是中水回用的重要技术之一,为了进一步扩展其中水回用的领域,以上海白龙港水质净化厂400t/d的平板膜-生物反应器示范工程为依托,对膜生物反应器出水回用作离心机冷却水的可行性进行了研究,结果表明,膜出水水质不仅全面优于冷却水水质标准,而且对离心机的腐蚀速率也小于循环冷却水水质标准,可以用作离心机的直流冷却水。

| Abstract: | In-situ experimental study is conducted with a flat-sheet MBR demonstration project in Shanghai to develop reuse of MBR effluents featuring better water quality than those of the conventional treatment process. The effluent is used to cool a sludge dewatering centrifuge,focusing on the evaluation of corrosion and scaling. It has been showed that effluent of MBR can be used as a substitute for tap water to cool the machine. |
