UASB-膜生物反应器处理抗生素废水的研究

摘    要:采用UASB-膜生物反应器对抗生素废水进行处理研究。结果表明,UASB具有很强的抗冲击能力,当UASB和膜生物反应器的容积负荷分别为10.9kgCOD/m3·d和4.62kgCOD/m3·d时,系统COD去除率仍有96.47%。污泥浓度对膜生物反应器的COD去除率有较大影响,当MLSS保持在3000~4000mg/L时,膜生物反应器COD去除率为85%左右,高于MLSS保持在7500~7800mg/L时为68%左右。在不排泥运行时膜生物反应器中MLVSS和MLSS比值比排泥运行时低。

Abstract:Antibiotic wastewater was treated by using UASB membrane bioreactor (MBR). Results showed that UASB had high ability of resisting impingement. When capacity load of UASB and MBR was 10.9 kgCOD/m3·d and 4.62 kgCOD/m3.d respectively, COD removal in the system was 96.47%. MLSS was found to have obvious effect on COD removal of MRB. When MLSS was 3000~4000mg/L, COD removal efficiency of MBR was about 85%, higher than that about 68% when MLSS was 7500~7800mg/L. The ratio of MLVSS and MLSS in MBR with the condition of undischarged sludge was lower than that with the condition of discharged sludge.
