二噁英类化合物检测标准及技术研究进展

摘    要:二噁英类化合物是斯德哥尔摩公约中的首批持久性环境污染物之一,对人类社会有巨大的危害性。对二噁英类化合物进行监控和防治一直是各国环境政策研究的重点任务,二噁英类化合物的检测方法也是国内外科学家门研究的热点。通过查阅大量国内外近年关于二噁英类化合物文献及一些国家和国际组织制定的二噁英类化合物检测标准,归纳总结了近年来二噁英类化合物的化学检测法和生物分析方法的前处理技术和检测技术的研究进展,比较了不同方法的特点及适用范围,为建立灵敏度更高、实用性更强的检测方法提供依据。为我国开展二噁英类化合物的研究和制定相关标准提供参考,以进一步完善监控和防治措施。

Abstract:Dioxin and dioxin-like compounds are persistent organic pollutants among the compounds on the first list of Stockholm Convention because of their huge harm to human society.Monitoring and control of dioxin and dioxin-like compounds has been an urgent task for environmental policy makers in different countries and detection of dioxin and dioxin-like compounds is becoming the focus at home and abroad.Based on the review of testing standards made by regulators in different countries and some international organizations,the progress both on pretreatment and detection of chemical and biological analytical methods for dioxin and dioxin-like compounds were summarized.Characteristics and scope of application of various methods were compared,to provide a basis for developing new detection methods which are more sensitive and practical,and to provide a reference for China to study dioxin and dioxin-like compounds and to further improve the monitoring and prevention measures.
