| Abstract: | Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a relatively new wastewater treatment technology. This paper presents the present status of the development of MBR and some critical design parameters such as MLSS, HRT, SRT and sludge loading in association with MBR. Membrane fouling and other problems are discussed. |
