摘    要:为了建立快速测定土壤中多环芳烃的方法,文章运用恒能量同步荧光法对16种多环芳烃混合标样进行了分析。在优化的实验条件下,对实际土壤样品进行分析,可以鉴别出10种多环芳烃。研究表明:恒能量同步荧光法适合土壤样品中多环芳烃的快速分析;简化了土壤样品的前处理过程。

Abstract:To establish a fast analytical method for simultaneous identification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in soil, a novel method of constant energy synchronous fluorescence (CESF) was proposed to the simultaneous determination of different PAHs in a mixture of 16 components. Combing the technique with a system that allowed a crude sample separation based on optimum conditions, detection conditions provided increased selectivity and sample information, and 10 PAHs could be identified and quantified by the corresponding synchronous spectra. CESF method is proved suitable to analyze the complex mixture of PAHs in soil samples with minimal sample pretreatment.
