摘    要:采用活性炭吸附-微波催化氧化技术处理番茄酱加工有机废水,考察了活性炭添加量、H2O2用量、辐射时间以及微波功率对废水处理效果的影响。确定微波催化氧化条件为:微波功率630w、辐射时间15min、H2O2用量0.9mL、活性碳用量1.5g/100mL。在此条件下对废水进行处理,废水的COD、TOC和BOD去除率分别为87.3%,84.4%和82.3%,处理时间由2h缩短为15min。结果表明,该方法是一种快速有效的处理番茄酱加工有机废水的方法。

Abstract:Microwave catalytic oxidation combined with activated carbon absorption was studied for treating wastewater from tomato paste processing. Effects of microwave power,irradiation time,H2O2 and activated carbon dosage on degradation were examined. Under the best treatment conditions of microwave power 630W,irradiation time 15min,H2O2 dosage 0.9mL and activated carbon dosage 1.5g.100mL-1,degradation rates of COD,TOC and BOD were 87.3%,84.4% and 82.3% respectively.
