摘    要:随着欧盟RoHS标准的实施,对塑料制品中卤素的检测也越来越受到重视。文章建立了一种采用氧弹燃烧法对塑料样品进行燃烧,以碳酸钠为吸收液进行吸收,离子色谱法分离测定微量卤素离子的方法。选择的色谱条件是:IonPac AS22离子交换柱,0.48mmol/L碳酸钠和0.1 mmo/L碳酸氢钠混合液作淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL/L,抑制型电导检测。氟、氯、溴、碘四种卤素的检测限(3倍噪声比)分别为0.007、0.009、0.027和0.033.相对标准偏差分别为1.19%、1.61%、1.02%和1.28%,回收率为78.2%~119.8%。方法具有简便、准确、灵敏等特点,可较方便地应用于常规的质量检测和控制。
