摘    要:建立了液相色谱-质谱法测定水中苦味酸的方法。苦味酸在10~500μg/L范围内有良好的二次曲线关系,相关系数R为0.999 9,检出限2.0μg/L,精密度和准确度佳,并考察了不同类型水样在低、中、高三个添加水平下的回收率情况。

Abstract:An analytical method with liquid chromatography-mass spectrum was developed for the determination of picric acid in water samples.The method's working curve of correlation coefficient was 0.999 9;detection limit was 2.0 μg/L.It had nice precision and accuracy.The method had been successfully applied to determine picric acid in surface water and sewage.
