活性炭微波辅助溶剂再生研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助溶剂再生的方法,对吸附邻硝基苯酚的粒状活性炭的再生过程进行了研究。结果表明:当以乙醇为再生剂时,达吸附平衡的活性炭可在累计数分钟的微波辐照下完成再生,再生率达96%以上。再生时,活性炭局部表面形成的“电弧”,使活性炭再生损失增加,但远低于传统热再生;比表面积、微孔容积和平均孔径增大,提高了再生炭的吸附和传质能力。

Abstract:Regeneration of granular activated carbon adsorbing o-nitrophenol was studied using organic solvent as regeneration solvent coupled with microwave irradiation. Results showed that when alcohol was used as regeneration solvent, the microwave-assisted regeneration process of activated carbon polluted with o-nitrophenol could be completed in several minutes with regeneration ratio above 96%. The arcing occurrence at local part of granular activated carbon in microwave radiation field led to an increase of carbon loss, but was far less than conventional thermal regeneration. After regeneration, adsorptive and mass transfer capacities of carbon were improved due to increase of specific surface area, microporous volume and average porous diameter.
