摘    要:文章主要是研究废弃电子产品阻燃材料的热解回收方法;主要研究废弃阻燃塑料的热失重规律和热分解产物,以印刷线路板为原料利用差热热重分析仪和热裂解色谱和质谱进行了实验室规模热解实验.结果表明:热失重反应的平均活化能为182.294 kJ/mol,指前因子为3.07×1011s-1,反应的温度区间为580K~600K;随着升温...

Abstract:Pyrolysis as an alternative for recycling waste retarded material was studied.To obtain thermal decomposition behavior,the experiment with printed circuit board as sample,was done using thermogravimetric analyzer and pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC-MS)under N2 atmosphere.Results indicated that average activation energy was 182.294 kJ/mol,pre-exponential factor was 3.07×1011s-1,initial reaction temperature was in the range of 580 K~600 K and reaction range increased with the temperature.Temperature has no significant influence on the products and a little bit more small molecules volatile substances produced when it was above 673 K.The pyrolysis products contained high concentration of phenol,brom-phenol,as well as bisphenol A,tetrabromobisphenol A,methyl phenols,C1-C4 alkanes and alkanes.
