羟基磷灰石的湿法制备及其对F^-的吸附特性研究

摘    要:通过湿法制备了不同Ca/P比的羟基磷灰石,并研究了其对P的吸附特性。结果表明,HAp晶体的结晶形态对吸附效果有很大影响。Ca/P越低,吸附效果越差;结晶度越低,吸附效果越好。最佳吸附条件为:P^-初始浓度为,20mg/L;HAp用量为2g;吸附时间为120min,pH值为5。HAp晶体对F^-的吸附机理主要为溶解-沉淀、离子交换作用。合成羟基磷灰石对F^-的吸附研究,对开发我国丰富的磷矿石资源也有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite (HAp) with different Ca/P ratios was prepared and their absorption property of F was studied. Results showed the crystal morphology of HAp has a great impact on absorption. The lower the Ca/P, the worse the absorption effect is; the worse the crystallization, the better the absorption effect is,with best absorption conditions of initial F concentration 20mg/L.HAp dosage 2g;absorption time 120min and pH 5. The absorption mechanisms are most likely to be dissolution-precipitation and ion exchange action. The investigation of F ions absorption of synthesized HAp can lead to wide exploration of abundant phosphate mine resources in China.
