摘    要:文章在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Benhnken设计,选取进水初始浓度、进水流量及pH为工艺考察参数,对生物膜载体悬挂式自然供氧处理果糖有机废水的工艺进行响应面法优化。确定最佳工艺条件为:初始浓度181.315 mg/L、pH6.996、进水流量1.978 mL/s。此条件下,出水COD浓度可达到18 mg/L,去除率为90.12%。

Abstract:On the basis of factor experiment,response surface methodology(RSM) designed in Box-Benhnken were applied to optimize the technological condition for waste-water treatment by suspension natural oxygen supply biofilm technological.The optimum condition was: initial concentration 181.315 mg/L,pH 6.996 and flux 1.978 mL/s.On this condition,COD after treatment was 18 mg/L and COD removal efficiency was 90.12%.
