| 摘 要： | 当前环保事业快速发展对人才的需求与人力资源开发程度的矛盾比较突出,亟需解决人才发展的体制和机制问题。文章对杭州市环保系统的人才总量、学历结构、专业结构、职称结构和年龄结构等方面作了较详细的分析;针对杭州市环保系统存在的人才总量不足、结构分布不合理和高层次人才匮乏等问题,提出了相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Presently,the contradiction between the talent needs of the environmental protection enterprise fast development and the human resources development degree is faidy prominent.It needs to solve the problem of the system and the mechanism urgently which is for the talent development.A detailed analysis is made on the present situation of the talents of environmental protection system in Hangzhou,which are talents quantity,organizational structure,educational background structure,professional titles structure and age structure;To be aimed at at the major problems,which are in lack of talents quantity,structure and distribution are not reasonable,and high-level talents are shortage,some countermeasures to problems are put forward. |
