摘    要:以祁连山3300~3700m高山灌丛为研究对象,采用标准地、样方收获法以及壕沟挖掘方法,对不同海拔高度灌丛生物量,器官生物量进行调查,并分析灌丛生物量分配规律及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:(1)祁连山高山灌丛生物量与海拔高度呈现显著的负相关性(y=-37.074x+142 627,P=0.01,R2=0.589),随着海拔的升高,灌丛总生物量,地上生物量以及地下生物量均呈现下降的趋势。灌丛根茎比随着海拔的上升先增加后减小,呈倒U型。(2)土壤含水量对地下部分生物量的影响相对于地上部分而言更加明显(R2=0.478),地下各器官相关性系数依次为粗根生物量(R2=0.981)〉细根生物量(R2=0.661)〉须根生物量(R2=0.375);土壤容重随着海拔的上升而增加,灌丛总生物量则减少,呈现出灌丛生物量随着海拔的上升而减少的趋势;土壤含水量、土壤容重与土壤温度共同对灌丛生物量起着重要的作用。
