On Combined Application of Organic-Inorganic Fertilizer in China.

Organic manure is an important component of fertilizer, and the main sources of P, K and micro-elements in China. Combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizer is important for raising crop yields and sustainable development of agriculture. The traditional patterns of production and application of organic manure are hardly adaptable to modern agriculture.Commercial organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is a powerful measure for combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizers and will promote moderniztion of organic agriculture. Some basic principles for combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizer are discussed in this paper.
