山西高原天然油松群体过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶分析

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对山西高原5个油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)天然种群的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶进行了分析。从140份供试材料的带型计算出油松种群多态位点百分数为95%,等位基因平均数为1.95,期望杂合度为0.357,遗传分化系数为0.036。表明山西高原天然油松种群间产生一定程度的分化,在同工酶水平上呈现出遗传多态性,且大部分遗传变异存在于种群内。

Abstract:The Peroxidase (POD) and Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) isozymic variation from 5 natural populations of Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.) including 140 samples in Shanxi were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results show that the mean percentage of polymorphic locus (P) is 95%, the mean allele number of each locus (A) is 1.95, the mean expected heterozygosity (He) is 0.357, and the mean ratios of gene diversity of heterozygosities (FST) is 0.036. The total genetic diversity of five populations is 96.4%, of which intrapopulation genetic diversity is 92.5%, and interpopulation genetic diversity is 3.6%. According to cluster results of genetic distance, the genetic relationship between populations in Guanqin Mountain and Guandi Mountain is closer than that of others.
