摘    要:以开封市为例,采集不同土地利用方式下城市表层土壤并测定其有机碳含量,进而探讨土地利用方式对城市土壤活性有机碳特性的影响。结果表明:土地利用方式对城市土壤活性有机碳的影响差异显著,其中易氧化态和水溶性有机碳含量依次为近郊蔬菜地>城区>近郊非农业区>远郊,微生物量有机碳含量则为近郊蔬菜地>近郊非农业区>城区>远郊,这与不同土地利用方式下土壤有机碳总量的变化情况不一样;土壤活性有机碳占总有机碳的比率也随土地利用方式的不同而变化,但其变化与土壤活性有机碳的变化情况不一致;土壤易氧化态、水溶性和微生物量有机碳之间有较强的相关性,其变化趋势在同一土地利用方式下近于一致。

Abstract:Using data from Kaifeng city, this paper studied the characters of active organic carbon (AOC) in urban soils of different use. The results indicated that urban soil active organic carbon was significantly influenced by land use. In the suburb vegetable land the contents of easy oxidation organic carbon (EOOC) and water soluble organic carbon (WSOC) was the tallest, the urban was the second, and the exurb took the lowest. The content of microbial biomass organic carbon (MBOC) also took the suburb vegetable land as the tallest, but it took the urban as lower, which was only close to the exurb. These were different from the total soil organic carbon (TOC) under the different land use. The percentages of AOC and TOC changed with the varieties of land use, and the changes also had obvious regulation. However, these changes of the percentages had some difference with the changes of AOC. In the soil EOOC, WSOC and MBOC interacted and had strong relativities. Under the same land use, the trends of the varieties of these three AOC were almost the same.
