摘    要:应用基于PCA-TOPSIS(principal component analysis-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)方法对河北省冬小麦的热量和水分气候资源进行了评价和区划.结果表明,根据冬小麦种植的气候适宜性可将河北省大致分为4个区:河北省南部为最适宜区,水、热资源配合较好;其次为中部和环渤海地区,水、热资源相对不平衡,一定程度上制约了冬小麦的生长发育;再次为东北部地区,水分资源尚可,但热量资源匮乏;最后为北部和西北部地区,水、热资源都较差,最不适宜冬小麦的生长发育.
