摘 要: | 物种多度分布格局是生物多样性研究的重要内容.本文针对物种多度分布的对数正态模型计算方法的缺陷,首次提出应用遗传算法计算对数正态模型参数,并与前人计算方法进行了比较,证明遗传算法具有较强的数值计算能力,对生态学中诸多非线性曲线的参数估计具有普遍意义.

A CALCULATING METHOD OF THE LOG NORMAL DISTRIBUTION MODEL OF SPECIES ABUNDANCE |

Abstract: | Pattern of species abundance is important for bio diversity studies. Based on the analysis of the shortcoming in calculating method of the log normal distribution model of species abundance, this paper presents genetic algorithm to calculate the parameters in log normal model. The comparison of the present method with those used before shows that genetic algorithm has strong ability for parameter calculating, therefore it may have a wide use in determining the values of parameters of nonlinear curve in the field of ecology. |
