螺孢菌ZG9901的筛选及其产碱性果胶酶发酵条件研究

摘    要:用筛选培养基从芦苇土壤中筛选到7株碱性果胶酶产生菌株,经初筛选和复筛得到产酶活性较高的一株菌株ZG9901,初步鉴定为螺孢菌属Spirillospora spp.最适摇瓶产酶条件是:果胶20g/L,乳糖20g/L,蛋白胨3g/L,酵母膏4g/L,KH2PO41g/L,MgSO4.7H2O0.04g/L,MgCl20.2g/L,pH9.0,32℃培养36h达到产酶高峰。

Abstract:7 alkaline pecti nase producing strains were isolated from soil. Strain ZG9901 with high alka line pectinase activity was obtained by repeated screening. It was found that ZG 9901 belongs to Spirillospora and its optimum enzymeproducing medium is: 20 g/L pectin, 20 g/L lactose, 3 g/L peptone, 4 g/L yeast extrac t, 3 g /L KH2PO4, 0.2 g/L MgCl2, 0.04 g/L MgSO47H2O, pH 9.0. After 36 h hours ' shake culture at 32℃, the maximum yield of enzyme was obtained. Fig 7, Tab 5, Ref 7
