摘    要:在温室条件下,研究了不同品种大豆接种大豆孢囊线虫对其根系生长、根瘤及几种矿质元素吸收总量、转移量的影响。结果表明,接种线虫后易感病品种绥农14根瘤数减少,根瘤活性降低,与不接种处理差异显著;感病品种合丰25总根长减少2,与不接种处理差异显著。易感病品种绥农14接种线虫后P元素的吸收总量降低,与不接种处理差异显著。易感病品种绥农14接种线虫后P元素的吸收总量降低,与不接种处理差异显著。感病品种合丰2

Abstract:The object of this study was to determine the effects of soybean cyst nematode (SCN) on soybean growth, nutrient uptake by soybean and nutrient translocation in soybean. Soybean was grown in plastic tube in greenhouse. The result indicated that the nodule number and acetylene reduction rate was significantly lowed in SN14 infested with SCN,and the total root length of HF25 infested with SCN was significantly decreased. Infested with SCN, uptake of P by SN14 and P translocation in HF25 were significantly decreased. Fig 4, Tab 2, Ref 7
